This job opportunity is with a restaurant operated by an independent franchisee of a well-known fast-food chain, Jack in the Box. It is important to note that the independent franchisee, not Jack in the Box Inc., will be the direct employer. This means all employment-related matters, including hiring, firing, disciplinary actions, wages, supervision, staffing, and scheduling, are managed solely by the franchise owner.
