The Restaurant Line Cook role at Urban Plates is a vital position responsible for the preparation, production, and service of high-quality foods within the restaurant’s Cold Side, primarily handling the Sandwich and Salad stations. This team member ensures each dish aligns with Urban Plates' recipes and procedures, prioritizing food quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction. The position offers an hourly wage ranging from $16.90 to $21.74, with the potential to earn additional tips. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food preparation or cooking preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
- Good communication skills and teamwork orientation

Job Duties
- Prepare, produce, and serve high quality foods according to Urban Plates recipes and procedures
- Work primarily in the Sandwich and Salad stations on the Cold Side of the line
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are followed
- Collaborate with team members to provide excellent guest experiences
- Participate in paid training and cross-training programs
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
