The Restaurant Line Cook position is a critical role within our kitchen team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute directly to the preparation and cooking of menu items in a fast-paced kitchen setting. This role typically involves 6 to 8-hour shifts wherein the line cook utilizes essential kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, and ovens to produce dishes that meet our standards of quality, taste, and presentation. The line cook will work closely with other culinary staff and front-of-house personnel to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and promptly while upholding the highest levels of hygiene and food safety.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 plus years of experience in food preparation
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work 6 to 8-hour shifts in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, and ovens
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
