As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a restaurant team to achieve operational excellence and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Job Requirements
- Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership and training
- Desire to maintain high retention by recruiting and developing qualified employees
- Ability to ensure restaurant compliance with policies and health standards
- Ability to implement merchandising and marketing
- Use of P and L and store reports for operational changes
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with relevant management experience
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, reaching and lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with one year of restaurant management experience
- Proven supervisory or management experience in a restaurant or similar environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

Job Duties
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training and coaching for all restaurant employees
- Maintain high employee retention by focusing on recruitment, leadership development, employee empowerment, and productivity
- Ensure the restaurant complies with company policies, procedures, and Health Department Standards
- Oversee and implement merchandising and marketing programs
- Use profit and loss statements and store reports to drive operational improvements
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Manage multiple tasks including physical activities such as bending, standing, reaching, and lifting
