Job Description

Job Requirements

  • Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees
  • Desire to maintain high retention by focusing on identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity
  • Ability to oversee restaurant condition, ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and Health Department Standards
  • Ability to oversee and implement merchandising and marketing programs
  • Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft products preferred Word, Excel)
  • High School diploma or GED preferred, at least one year of restaurant management experience required
  • Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
