As a Restaurant Leader at Raising Cane's, you will assume a pivotal role in steering the strategic direction of your restaurant location. This full-time leadership position is accompanied by a competitive base salary of up to $75,000 annually, complemented by a monthly training incentive of $1,500. Compensation varies by location, experience, and qualifications, and monthly incentives after training depend on restaurant profitability. The Restaurant Leader's primary responsibility encompasses maintaining operations standards, driving sales and profit growth, and developing people to ensure peak performance. This position entails a fast-paced, physically engaging work environment that requires prolonged periods of physical exertion such as walking, standing, lifting, and bending. The leader must be comfortable managing restaurant operations both indoors and outdoors, dealing with varied temperatures, food products, allergens, and commercial equipment. As an ambassador of the Raising Cane's brand, the Restaurant Leader champions policies, safety measures, and cleanliness standards while fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
In addition to ensuring operational excellence, the Restaurant Leader manages financial success by overseeing forecasting, budgeting, and profit and loss statements. They lead recruitment and termination processes for management-level employees, establish schedules, and develop crew through performance management and training. As manager on duty, they handle cash operations, open and close the restaurant, and deploy crewmembers to deliver exemplary customer service.

Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license
- Five plus years of restaurant or retail management experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Some college education preferred
- Must be able to work various shifts including days, evenings, weekends
- Ability to travel for work-related functions and training
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage physical demands of fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
