Job Description

Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers is a rapidly expanding fast-casual restaurant brand renowned for its delicious chicken finger meals and its unique company culture that revolves around the motto Work Hard. Have Fun. Established as one of the fastest-growing chicken concepts in the United States, Raising Cane's is committed to providing exceptional food and memorable customer experiences. With an ambitious goal of becoming a Top 10 Restaurant Brand nationwide, the company places immense value on its employees, referred to as Crewmembers, who play a pivotal role in its ongoing success and expansion. They cultivate a work environment that fosters teamwork, growth, and employee satisfaction. The company offers competitive salaries starting from an undisclosed amount, along with monthly training incentives and performance-based bonuses tied to restaurant profitability. They also emphasize career development opportunities and employee well-being through a variety of benefits and perks.

The role available is that of a Restaurant Leader, a key management position responsible for overall success at the restaurant level. This full-time position demands strategic oversight to ensure operational excellence, financial health, and a positive workplace culture. The Restaurant Leader actively shapes the restaurant’s success by leading, motivating, and developing management-level crewmembers and restaurant staff. They play a critical role in implementing company policies, maintaining compliance with regulations, and ensuring superior customer service. The position involves hands-on leadership within a fast-paced kitchen and dining environment, requiring physical stamina and the ability to perform under dynamic conditions. This entails working both indoors and outdoors with exposure to food products, allergens, industrial kitchen tools, and cleaning chemicals.

The Restaurant Leader directs daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, staff scheduling, and employee development. They are tasked with managing the financial performance by monitoring profit and loss statements, forecasting budgets, and driving sales growth through strategic planning. The role also includes hiring and terminating managerial staff, fostering a culture of accountability and recognition, and upholding Raising Cane’s high standards for cleanliness and food safety. This leader ensures the restaurant achieves and maintains training status and meets or surpasses all operational performance metrics. Additionally, they act as brand ambassadors both within the restaurant and in the wider community, embodying Raising Cane’s values and customer-first philosophy. The company supports its leaders with comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, financial planning, gym memberships, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, and more—making this an attractive and rewarding opportunity for experienced restaurant management professionals seeking growth in the hospitality sector.
