They pride themselves on a vibrant company culture characterized by the mantra Work Hard. Have Fun. This culture fosters an exciting and rewarding environment for employees at all levels, making each crewmember an essential contributor to the brand's ongoing success and remarkable growth trajectory.

The company emphasizes strong people values and prioritizes the development and success of its team, making it an appealing workplace for those looking to advance their careers in the restaurant industry. Raising Cane's is committed to providing competitive compensation packages including a base salary starting at $88,000 annually, complemented by monthly training incentives of $1,000, as well as eligibility for their Restaurant Monthly Incentive Program. This program allows managers to earn additional bonuses based on restaurant profitability and performance, creating a total target cash range from $88,000 to $144,000 annually depending on location, experience, and qualifications. Managers will interact regularly with customers and handle operational tasks ranging from cash handling to opening and closing the restaurant. The position also requires navigating various working conditions, including inside and outside environments subject to temperature changes and interaction with food products and industrial cleaning agents, necessitating the use of personal protective equipment.

The Restaurant Leader is a pivotal role designed not just to manage but to lead through example and strategic intent. Responsibilities include hiring and terminating management-level staff, creating training schedules, conducting performance management, and deploying crewmembers effectively during shifts to optimize customer service and operational efficiency. Monitoring profit and loss statements and taking corrective actions to meet financial goals are critical components of the role. The leader also enforces company policies rigorously and uses performance metrics and reward systems to motivate the team.

Candidates for this role are expected to bring a strong combination of leadership skills, organizational prowess, and operational insight. Experience with new restaurant openings and local restaurant marketing is advantageous. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, flexible, and possesses excellent analytical and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other technology tools is essential, along with a readiness to work varied shifts and travel when necessary. This role not only demands management experience but also a genuine dedication to promoting and embodying the Raising Cane's brand within the community and industry.

Raising Cane’s offers a comprehensive benefits package for full-time restaurant managers, including medical, dental, vision, and pharmacy coverage, dependent care and flexible spending accounts, company life and disability insurance, and additional options like hospital indemnity, accident, and critical illness insurance.
