With a strong commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, and community engagement, Raising Cane's is on the path to becoming one of the top 10 restaurant brands in the United States. The company has built a reputation for its unique culture centered around its core philosophy: Work Hard. Have Fun. This approach fosters a positive, energetic workplace where every team member is valued and plays a critical role in the restaurant’s success and growth. Founded on the principle of One Love for their chicken fingers, Raising Cane's continues to captivate customers nationwide with an exceptional menu and outstanding service. Currently, the company offers competitive pay starting from $68,000 annually, supplemented by a monthly training incentive of $1,500. These financial packages are calibrated based on location, experience, and qualifications, with additional monthly incentives tied to restaurant profitability, making it a rewarding environment for dedicated professionals.

The Restaurant Leader role at Raising Cane’s is a pivotal position responsible for the strategic direction and day-to-day management of the restaurant. Recruiting, training, and terminating management staff, developing schedules, and managing payroll are equally critical components of this leadership role. The Restaurant Leader acts as the onsite manager on duty, opening and closing the restaurant while ensuring the smooth running of daily activities and cash handling processes. Effectively utilizing available tools and logs, they ensure execution of shifts aligns with company policies, and employee functions requiring approval are managed appropriately.

The role requires a leader who is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple changing priorities simultaneously. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently or within a team. The candidate must demonstrate emotional intelligence in evaluating performance and resolving problems by setting goals and executing plans. Technology proficiency, especially with Microsoft Office products like Excel, Word, and Outlook, and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems, are important. Flexibility in scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and travel for work functions and training, is necessary. The ideal candidate has prior experience managing public interactions professionally and reinforcing Raising Cane’s brand as an ambassador both inside and outside the restaurant.

The preferred candidate will have at least five years of restaurant or retail management experience, with extra consideration given to those with new restaurant opening and local marketing experience. Educationally, a high school diploma or equivalent is required, with some college preferred. Additionally, candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.
