- 2 plus years of experience in full-service, casual to upscale scratch kitchen management with a seafood focus
- Hands-on management style that fosters teamwork and accountability
- Comfortable working in an exposed kitchen while maintaining professionalism

- Strong background in P&L management and driving profitability
