Job Description
Vitall Partners, LLC, a franchise organization operating under the renowned Golden Corral® brand, is dedicated to creating a supportive and empowering work environment for its employees. Golden Corral is a family-style restaurant chain known for its extensive buffet offerings and a welcoming atmosphere that caters to a broad range of guests. The company thrives on a culture that values integrity, talent, and passion, aiming to foster a team-oriented environment where employees can grow both professionally and personally. Through a comprehensive management training program, Golden Corral ensures that its managers are well-equipped to uphold the company’s high standards in food quality, safety, and customer service. The franchise emphasizes operational excellence, with a strong focus on the Back-of-the-House activities and overall restaurant management, making it an attractive place for individuals seeking a career in restaurant management within a reputable brand.
The Kitchen Manager role at Golden Corral is an integral part of the restaurant’s operations management team. This position requires hands-on leadership in food production and the Back-of-the-House operations, utilizing Golden Corral products, recipes, procedures, and company systems. The Kitchen Manager ensures that food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards exceed guest expectations. Additionally, in the absence of the General Manager and Hospitality Manager, the Kitchen Manager oversees the overall restaurant operations, including labor management and safety compliance. The role is challenging, requiring individuals who can thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment and who possess excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Working approximately 55 to 60 hours per week, candidates should be prepared for physical demands such as prolonged standing, heavy lifting, and working in a dynamic and often high-pressure setting. Compensation includes a competitive salary with bonuses based on performance, along with comprehensive benefits such as health insurance and 401(k) retirement plans. This position also offers paid time off, reinforcing Golden Corral’s commitment to employee well-being and work-life balance. Potential candidates should be willing to relocate as opportunities exist across multiple locations. As part of a franchise organization, individuals who join this team become part of a nationally recognized brand with the stability of corporate backing and the unique culture of an independent franchise. Golden Corral is an equal opportunity employer, welcoming diversity and offering fair employment practices to all applicants.
