We are currently seeking a talented and ambitious Restaurant Kitchen Manager to join a vibrant culinary team known for delivering elegant, mindful, and beautifully prepared food. This kitchen management role is ideal for individuals with at least two years of experience working in casual or upscale casual dining environments who have a passion for food quality and team leadership. The Restaurant Kitchen Manager will play a critical role in mentoring and motivating kitchen staff, managing daily kitchen operations, and ensuring the highest standards of food preparation are consistently met. Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience as a kitchen manager in a casual or upscale casual operation

  • Ability to work all meal periods, breakfast, lunch, and dinner
