We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Restaurant Kitchen Manager to join our team. This Heart of House role involves overseeing the back of house operations and managing kitchen teams to maintain the highest standards of food quality, safety, and efficiency. The Kitchen Manager will work closely with the restaurant management team by also performing assistant manager responsibilities, ensuring smooth daily operations, and fostering a positive working environment. This role is ideal for culinary professionals with at least 2 years of full-service restaurant kitchen management or sous chef experience who are ready to take on leadership responsibilities. The role requires excellent organizational skills, culinary expertise, and the ability to lead and inspire a diverse team. A valid driver's license is also a mandatory requirement for this position.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years full service restaurant kitchen management or sous chef experience
