Job Requirements
- GED or high school diploma
- prior food and beverage experience preferred
- excellent verbal communication skills required
- knowledge of proper food handling procedures
- strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required
- ability to lift 30 to 50 lbs
- work in an upright standing or sitting position for long periods of time
- reach with hands and arms
- communicate, receive, and exchange ideas and information by means of the spoken and written word
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greets members and guests, seats members
- takes reservations, answers phone
- provides menus
- suggests and describes appetizers, entrees, desserts, alcoholic beverages and wine to members and guests
- handles member/guest complaints and problems and relays to Manager on Duty
- assures all safety, accident and emergency policies and procedures are consistently followed
- inspects dining room to ensure proper maintenance of a clean and orderly area
- coordinates with wait staff about available seating options
- assists with table clearing and resetting as needed
- greets members upon their departure
