We are currently seeking competent Restaurant Hostesses to become the welcoming face of our restaurant. This full-time role is essential to delivering top-notch customer service and ensuring our guests have memorable dining experiences from the moment they walk in. The position offers competitive pay at $12 to $16 per hour, inclusive of tips, which rewards the right candidate for excellent service and a friendly demeanor. Our ideal hostess will be quick on their feet both literally, as this is a fast-paced environment, and metaphorically in responding to guests' needs and any potential challenges.

The primary responsibility of our hostess is to greet customers warmly and guide them through their initial interactions with our restaurant. This includes providing accurate wait time estimates, managing seating arrangements to optimize the flow and workload for our wait staff, and assisting guests by answering any preliminary questions about the menu or services. Attention to cleanliness and safety is paramount, as our hostesses set the tone for the entire dining experience by ensuring the front-of-house areas, including tables and waiting areas, are neat and sanitary.

Success in this role requires excellent people skills, patience, and a customer-oriented approach. Teamwork is also crucial, and our hostesses collaborate closely with servers, kitchen, and bar staff to maintain smooth operations and enhance overall guest satisfaction. In addition, the ability to handle customer complaints or concerns with a positive and constructive attitude is vital to upholding our reputation for outstanding service.
