Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years old
- eligible to work in the United States
- able to work the specified weekend schedule
- availability for shifts from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays
- possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous customer service experience is advantageous
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- ability to remain patient and professional under pressure
- organized and detail-oriented
- capable of working flexible hours including weekends
Job Duties
- greet guests warmly upon arrival
- assist with efficient seating of guests
- manage payment processing accurately
- securely pack to-go orders for customers
- maintain a clean and welcoming host station
- provide excellent customer service to all guests
- communicate effectively with kitchen and serving staff
