Job Requirements

  • Progressive restaurant or hospitality management experience
  • recent prior experience as a General Manager
  • strong passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving KPI and EBITDA targets
  • demonstrated success in mentoring and coaching
  • understanding of inventory management, cost controls, and financial oversight
  • proficiency in POS, corporate software, delivery platforms, inventory, and reservation systems

Job Qualifications

  • proven track record of driving sales growth
  • achievement of KPI and EBITDA targets through strategic goal setting
  • local market expertise
  • demonstrated success in mentoring and coaching
  • understanding of inventory, cost of goods, and financial control
  • proficiency with POS systems, corporate software, delivery platforms, inventory and reservation systems
  • experience in casual or upscale dining preferred
  • hospitality or business degree preferred
  • culinary and kitchen operations management experience preferred

Job Duties
