Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in restaurant or retail management
- Proven ability to manage P&L responsibilities including cash control and inventory management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to adhere to corporate policies and health and safety regulations
- Commitment to promoting equity, inclusion, and belonging
- Willingness to work a 50-hour week and manage a dynamic team
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of restaurant or retail management experience
- Strong communication skills for performance appraisals, disciplinary actions, and employee motivation
- Experience in recruitment and talent identification

- Familiarity with cash control, security procedures, inventory management, and labor cost oversight

Job Duties
- Recruit, onboard, and conduct orientations for top team members and shift leads
- Develop a comprehensive training plan and mentor assistant managers, shift leaders, and team member trainers
- Recognize and reward outstanding team member performance regularly
- Address and resolve conflicts promptly to maintain a positive work environment
- Engage personally with customers to swiftly resolve any issues
- Strategically schedule staff to optimize customer service
- Analyze financial performance, manage the budget, and develop strategies to maximize profitability
