The role of Restaurant General Manager is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading by example. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, driving team performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage both front-of-house and some back-of-house operations. You will also be heavily involved in scheduling, labor control, inventory management, hiring, and training of team members. The goal is to ensure smooth, efficient operations while maintaining the high standards for which our restaurant is known.
This position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $60,000 to $65,000 per year, along with an obtainable bonus program. We provide a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and paid training. The restaurant is closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day, and vacation time is offered starting with two weeks in the first year.
