Job Requirements
- Work a 48-55 hour week
- Subject to background check
- In-store training program completed
- Must maintain a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must possess a state-issued driver's license and maintain reliable transportation
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in restaurant management or related leadership roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and develop a diverse team
- Proven track record of achieving operational and financial goals
- Knowledge of scheduling and labor cost management
- Ability to foster a positive workplace culture
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Familiarity with food safety and health regulations
Job Duties
- Exhibit, cultivate, and enforce a sense of pride and relentless commitment to each step of preparing Guthrie's menu items for service
- Foster a culture of hospitality and quality to attract and retain the best talent
- Build an effective schedule each week to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time to provide exemplary service to guests while achieving store labor goals
- Responsible for interviewing, orientating, and training staff at all levels within the restaurant
- Be an ambassador for the brand, building strategic relationships within the community to build a conspicuous reputation of quality and hospitality throughout communities
- Continually develop and mentor managers to prepare them for future advancement
- Review performance daily, coaching and celebrating with the team
- Provide leadership by generating excitement, enthusiasm, and commitment toward company objectives
- Maintain flexibility beyond position description parameters
