We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Head Coach to join our team. This leadership role is integral to propelling our team forward by orchestrating efficient and dynamic shifts through preparation and seamless execution under pressure. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalency diploma with some additional coursework or training in restaurant management
  • College degree in Hospitality, Food Service Management, or related field preferred
  • At least one year of restaurant experience
  • Previous management experience in hospitality, food service, or customer service highly preferred
  • Fluent English speaking and written communication skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Professional dress, speech, and behavior
  • Transportation to make bank deposits, deliver orders, or run errands as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Current retail or restaurant manager experience
  • Ability to perform majority of job responsibilities standing or walking during typical 10-hour shifts
  • Ability to work days, nights, and weekends as necessary
  • Frequent walking in and around the restaurant to interact with employees and monitor customer satisfaction
  • Daily use of computer keyboard for entering information
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
  • Capability to perform any duty of any employee while training or covering staffing needs
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
  • Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned

Job Duties

  • Oversees production of food according to sanitation and quality standards
  • Manages and mentors staff including recruiting, hiring, training, and overseeing HR and payroll
  • Manages supplies and ensures orderly work areas
  • Ensures work areas are clean and equipment, tools, and supplies are properly stored
  • Ensures compliance with all applicable federal and state laws and company policies
  • Provides timely and accurate reports as required
  • Addresses customer concerns and issues
  • Ensures stated goals are met
