Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant, hospitality or retail management
- strong communication skills both oral and written
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- basic math skills
- ability to work weekends, holidays, evenings and additional shifts
- availability to travel including occasional overnight
- reliable transportation to meet banking obligations
- qualified candidates must have restaurant management experience

Job Duties
- Prepare and interpret financial and operational reports and schedules
- analyze data and develop solutions to meet operating goals
- direct restaurant operations ensuring guest service and brand standards execution
- achieve controllable profit and flow thru goals by managing controllable costs
- attract, hire, onboard and retain hourly talent to meet staffing and service standards
- develop and execute local store marketing plans to build community relationships
- enforce sanitary food handling and cleanliness standards
- create and maintain a respectful and enjoyable environment for guests and employees
