Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant, hospitality or retail management
  • strong communication skills both oral and written
  • ability to communicate effectively in English
  • basic math skills
  • ability to work weekends, holidays, evenings and additional shifts
  • availability to travel including occasional overnight
  • reliable transportation to meet banking obligations
  • qualified candidates must have restaurant management experience

  • Prepare and interpret financial and operational reports and schedules
  • analyze data and develop solutions to meet operating goals

  • achieve controllable profit and flow thru goals by managing controllable costs
  • attract, hire, onboard and retain hourly talent to meet staffing and service standards
  • develop and execute local store marketing plans to build community relationships
  • enforce sanitary food handling and cleanliness standards
  • create and maintain a respectful and enjoyable environment for guests and employees
