Job Requirements
- Prior Food and Beverage leadership experience required
- Proven ability to manage budgets and optimize departmental financial performance
- Experience in strategic planning and execution
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data from Guest Satisfaction Scores, Balanced Scorecards, and other metrics
- Commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion

Job Duties
- Drive overall departmental financial performance by monitoring budgets, managing costs, and optimizing revenue opportunities
- Align leadership resources to ensure efficient operations and consistently high-quality guest experiences
- Develop and execute strategic and mid-term plans to achieve departmental goals and foster growth
- Lead action planning initiatives based on Guest Satisfaction Scores (GSS), Balanced Scorecards (BSA), Associate Engagement Surveys (AES), P&L performance, and turnover metrics
- Identify, mentor, and promote high-potential managers to build a strong leadership pipeline
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure seamless operations and foster a positive work environment
