Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- must be at least 21 years of age
- minimum of five years full service restaurant general manager experience
- valid ServSafe alcohol certification and other legally required certifications
- successfully completed food safety and sanitation training
- ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to handle confidential information
- basic computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
- ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities
Job Qualifications

- five plus years full service restaurant general manager experience in a complex, fast-paced environment
- successfully completed food safety and sanitation training
- must be 21 years of age or older
- basic knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel
- general knowledge in full service restaurant operations and hospitality industry
