The position of Restaurant General Manager at Team Lyders is a hands-on leadership role critical to the success of each restaurant location. You will be responsible for managing your restaurant within the established brand standards and policies, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, maximizing profitability, and fostering a motivated, vibrant team environment. This role is designed for someone who thrives in managing operations while mentoring and coaching others. Your leadership will set the tone for operational excellence and team culture, nurturing a workplace where employees are engaged and supported in their professional growth. You will be involved in all aspects of restaurant operations — including labor scheduling, food supply management, health and safety compliance, and customer service standards. You will build people capability by recruiting, training, and developing team members and managers with a focus on long-term growth and success. Additionally, you will be accountable for profit and loss, managing cash flow, inventory control, and labor efficiency, while continuously looking for innovative ways to enhance sales and strengthen the restaurant brand.

Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED minimum
  • 2-4 years of leadership experience in QSR or retail environment with P&L accountability
  • strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • excellent communication skills
  • proficiency in basic business math and computer literacy
  • ability to lead and inspire a team
  • willingness to work extended hours including evenings and weekends
  • physical ability to lift and push up to 50 pounds
  • capability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks

Job Qualifications
