We are currently seeking dynamic, motivated, and experienced Restaurant General Managers (RGMs) to lead our Taco Bell restaurants in Charleston and Savannah. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of your restaurant, managing a team of 10-45 passionate Taco Bell crew members. This role demands a leader who can inspire, train, and develop staff while ensuring that all operational goals are consistently met or exceeded. Successful candidates will bring a minimum of two years of management experience, a passion for outstanding customer service, and a strategic approach to driving restaurant profitability.

The RGM position is full-time with a 50-hour work week and offers a competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Leadership duties extend to mentoring Assistant Managers, Shift Supervisors, and Team Members to build high-performing teams and cultivate a positive and motivating atmosphere. The role requires a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work varied and irregular shifts to meet the demands of a dynamic restaurant environment.
