The role of Restaurant Manager is pivotal in ensuring the success of each Dunkin' location. This full-time position is geared towards candidates passionate about leadership, operational excellence, and achieving business goals. The Restaurant Manager is responsible for providing strong, positive leadership to the team, driving operational excellence, and fostering a guest-first culture to deliver exceptional and friendly guest experiences. This includes overseeing all aspects of the restaurant’s operations in line with Dunkin' Donuts standards, franchisee guidelines, and applicable laws. The position demands responsibility for staffing, training, employee development, and performance management. The manager ensures safe, secure, and sanitary environments by enforcing health and safety regulations and works to maximize profitability through cost control, promotion execution, and sales tracking.

This role requires a minimum commitment of 50 hours per week, which includes 40 hours at the base hourly rate and 10 hours at an overtime rate. The Restaurant Manager will engage in strategic planning and operational management including preparing action plans for production, productivity, quality, and guest service standards. They will conduct audits and implement improvements while championing brand standards and system protocols.

The ideal candidate will exhibit strong competencies such as exceptional guest service orientation, team development, problem-solving abilities, decision-making skills, and effective interpersonal communication. The manager will be responsible for building a cohesive team that operates with integrity and collaboration, ensuring high morale and engagement. Conflict management, coaching, and developing direct reports are essential components of the role, alongside business and financial acumen to interpret reports, set goals, and navigate market opportunities.
