The company's mission revolves around delivering meals that are not only nutritious but also sustainably sourced and environmentally responsible. Sweetgreen's emphasis on quality, transparency, and sustainability has earned it a strong reputation in the fast-casual dining sector. As the company grows, it continuously invests in developing its employees both at the restaurant level and through its support center, offering opportunities for personal and professional growth within a collaborative, inclusive culture.

The role of Head Coach (General Manager) at Sweetgreen is pivotal in driving the success of individual store locations and fostering a vibrant work environment. The role also involves managing finances such as budgets, labor costs, and sales forecasting, while being actively involved in the recruitment, development, and coaching of employees.

Successful candidates will demonstrate strong financial acumen, hands-on experience with local and sustainable food products, and a commitment to operational and hospitality excellence. The position offers competitive base pay with a 20% bonus potential and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision plans, paid vacation and wellness time, a 401(k) program, and paid family leave. Sweetgreen provides a clear career path that enables growth from within and encourages team members to make meaningful impacts on their communities and business outcomes.
