The role of Restaurant General Manager at Shake Shack is critical in maintaining these high standards of hospitality and operational excellence. This position involves leading and coaching a dynamic team to deliver outstanding guest experiences while managing all facets of restaurant operations. Responsibilities include overseeing inventory, quality control, safety protocols, and financial performance. Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of restaurant general management experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment
  • working knowledge of restaurant operations including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security
  • demonstrated ability to champion hospitality and motivate team members
  • strong leadership skills
  • minimum 3 years of P&L responsibilities
  • food handler certification preferred
  • willingness to work flexible hours

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of restaurant general management experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment

  • knowledgeable in all financial aspects of business operations
  • minimum 3 years of P&L responsibilities
  • food handler certification preferred
