This particular opportunity is for the position of Restaurant General Manager (RGM), a full-time role that offers competitive pay ranging from $23.00 to $25.00 per hour, with additional bonus potential and comprehensive benefits. The RGM plays a critical leadership role at the restaurant level, responsible for guiding a diverse team and ensuring every guest receives top-notch service. The role requires working a 50-hour week, consisting of 40 hours at regular pay and 10 hours at time and a half, providing a balanced and rewarding work schedule.

As the Restaurant General Manager, you will take charge of recruiting, onboarding, and training a skilled team of team members and shift leaders, ensuring they are well-prepared to deliver excellent customer service. Job Duties

  • Recruit, onboard, and conduct orientations for top team members and shift leads
  • Develop a comprehensive training plan
