The Restaurant Leader role at Alvarado Restaurant Nation is a critical position within the Operations department, reporting directly to the Area Coach. As the face of the restaurant's management team, the Restaurant Leader is responsible for supervising restaurant team members and shift leads to ensure the delivery of an outstanding dining experience to every customer. This exempt position offers an attractive pay range of $45,000 to $55,000 annually and offers numerous benefits, including eligibility for monthly performance bonuses, medical insurance after 60 days, a 401K plan after one year, as well as vacation and sick leave in accordance with state regulations.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Supervisory experience in food service or retail environment
- Ability to maintain financial controls
- Experience coaching and training hourly employees
- Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance, and employee satisfaction

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment
- Demonstrated ability to maintain financial controls and coach and train hourly employees
- Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance, and employee satisfaction
- Technically proficient in all aspects of food preparation, production, and delivery
- Detailed knowledge of all key food handling and food safety procedures
- Familiar with basic restaurant equipment troubleshooting
- Displays detailed knowledge of all company product standards
