Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 to 3 years of restaurant experience preferred
  • 1 year of management or leadership experience preferred
  • Exceptional time management and organization skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong work ethic and accountability
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work a minimum 50-hour work week
  • Willingness to coach and manage employees effectively

Job Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years of restaurant experience preferred
  • 1 year of management or leadership experience preferred
  • Exceptional time management and organization skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment

Job Duties

  • Oversee all aspects of in-store operations including staffing and scheduling
  • Ensure food safety, inventory ordering, merchandising, and equipment maintenance
  • Manage cash handling and ensure brand compliance
  • Manage restaurant sales, people, profit, and daily operations
  • Ensure high food quality and customer and employee safety
  • Create a positive guest experience by delivering a high level of service
  • Maintain overall cleanliness of the restaurant
  • Conduct hiring and interviewing
  • Lead a positive team environment by recognizing and reinforcing accomplishments
  • Train, develop, motivate, and lead team members
  • Build sales through strategic local marketing and community involvement
