Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
1 to 3 years of restaurant experience preferred
1 year of management or leadership experience preferred
Exceptional time management and organization skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong work ethic and accountability
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work a minimum 50-hour work week
Willingness to coach and manage employees effectively

Job Qualifications

1 to 3 years of restaurant experience preferred
1 year of management or leadership experience preferred

Job Duties

Oversee all aspects of in-store operations including staffing and scheduling
Ensure food safety, inventory ordering, merchandising, and equipment maintenance
Manage cash handling and ensure brand compliance
Manage restaurant sales, people, profit, and daily operations
Ensure high food quality and customer and employee safety
Create a positive guest experience by delivering a high level of service
Maintain overall cleanliness of the restaurant
Conduct hiring and interviewing
Lead a positive team environment by recognizing and reinforcing accomplishments
Train, develop, motivate, and lead team members
Build sales through strategic local marketing and community involvement
