The role of the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) at Fulenwider KFC/Taco Bell is a critical leadership position responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations. Job Requirements
- Follow procedures regarding operation of restaurant equipment including fryers and ovens
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and carry loads up to 30 feet
- Ability to push/pull up to 90 lbs and carry loads up to 30 feet
- Knowledge of and compliance with company Human Resources policies and processes
- Adhere to company and local/state/federal safety requirements

Job Duties
- Create value for shareholders through efficient operations, appropriate cost controls, and profit management
- Maintain highest level of quality, service, cleanliness and hospitality by interacting with guests during peak hours and ensuring availability of menu items
- Take an active role in guest service and guest relations, monitor and correct employee appearance and courtesy
- Control day-to-day operations by tracking restaurant labor and product costs to meet targets, order food and supplies, maintain inventory levels and control waste, plan weekly employee schedules
- Maintain high productivity through effective recruiting, training, and motivation of hourly employees
- Implement routine preventative maintenance, adjust and carry out minor repairs of restaurant equipment, building and grounds
- Prepare and submit required reports, use approved cash control and security measures
- Recruit, interview, recommend hiring, discipline, and terminate hourly employees, maintain personnel and performance records, provide training, maintain workplace safety, and champion recognition and motivation efforts
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, local health and safety codes, and company safety and security policies
