The company is expanding with a new restaurant opening soon in Holly Springs, North Carolina, and is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead the team. The General Manager position is a critical leadership role responsible for maintaining uncompromised excellence in all aspects of the restaurant's operations. This includes prioritizing food quality, guest satisfaction, and team member development to ensure the continued success of the new location. The General Manager will demonstrate a track record of positive business results and effective leadership, driving sales and profitability while upholding the brand's high standards. They will formulate strategic plans, implement new initiatives, and manage the restaurant's operations to meet and exceed company goals.

This role requires a hands-on leader who fosters a motivating and supportive environment for the staff while ensuring strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation procedures. The General Manager serves as a role model for Jim 'N Nick's core values and is accountable for maintaining consistent standards through the management team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for guest service, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)
  • Some college preferred
  • Three to five years of high volume full-service restaurant management experience
  • Passion to serve the guest and the team
  • Possess a positive attitude
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and exercise good judgement
  • Respect the adherence to health, safety and sanitation procedures
  • Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
  • Committed and accountable for all JNN standards, processes and procedures
  • Perform duties that require bending, lifting, reaching and turning
  • Transport items weighing up to 50 lbs
  • Able to stand up to 8 hours or longer if needed

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)
  • Some college preferred
  • Three to five years of high volume full-service restaurant management experience
