Job Requirements
- Follow procedures for operating restaurant equipment such as fryers and ovens
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and carry loads up to 30 feet
- Ability to push or pull up to 90 lbs and carry loads up to 30 feet
- Knowledge of and compliance with company human resource policies and processes
- Adhere to company and city, state, United States safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- College or University Degree preferred
- 1-4 years supervisory experience in food or retail environment including profit and loss responsibility

Job Duties
- Create value for shareholders through efficient operations, appropriate cost controls, and profit management
- Maintain highest level of quality, service, cleanliness and hospitality by personally interacting with guests during peak hours and ensuring menu availability
- Take an active role in guest service and employee relations, monitor and correct employee appearance and courtesy, and participate in marketing efforts
- Control day-to-day operations by managing labor and product costs, ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and scheduling staff
- Recruit, train, motivate, and retain hourly employees while ensuring a safe work environment
- Implement a preventive maintenance program, perform minor repairs on equipment, building, and grounds
- Prepare and submit reports, manage cash control techniques, and enforce security measures
- Handle recruiting, interviewing, hiring, disciplinary actions, termination, and maintain personnel records
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, local health and safety codes, and company safety policies
