  • High school diploma or GED
  • Supervisory experience in food service or retail environment
  • Experience maintaining financial controls and coaching hourly employees
  • Ability to drive customer satisfaction and financial performance
  • Experience in employee training and development
  • Knowledge of food safety and company operational standards
  • Strong leadership and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Supervise associate general managers, shift managers, and hourly crew
  • Drive excellence in customer service and resolve customer issues
  • Maintain company standards in product quality and facility specifications
  • Manage food handling procedures and ensure food safety compliance
  • Exercise financial control to meet profit margin and sales growth targets
  • Train, develop, and motivate employees and management staff
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations including inventory and scheduling
