Located in the vibrant Knox Street area, this unique destination is designed to transform Dallas’ lifestyle and hospitality landscape. The property features 140 exquisitely designed guest rooms and suites, crafted with rich textures, glamour, and distinctive character, courtesy of the internationally renowned Martin Brudnizki Design Studio. Complementing this is a collection of 48 private luxury residences, designed by acclaimed Dallas interior designer Chad Dorsey, offering unparalleled living experiences that blend sophistication and comfort.

The role available at The Knox Hotel is for an experienced and dynamic leader in food and beverage operations. This position offers the opportunity to lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team that spans front-of-house and culinary professionals, ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience. The candidate will spearhead the development and execution of strategic initiatives designed to maximize revenue and elevate the culinary program’s overall success. As a central figure within the food and beverage department, the leader will embody the brand’s values and legacy, championing an innovative, guest-focused, and financially savvy approach.

Job Requirements
- Experience in food and beverage operations
- Experience leading teams in a hospitality setting

Job Qualifications
- Three or more years of experience in food and beverage operations
- High end restaurant experience preferred
- Proven experience in driving a profitable operation and leading food and beverage teams
- Experience curating and executing creative events in a variety of settings with a keen eye for detail
- Strong aptitude in financial management, financial reports and analysis
- Demonstrated track record of strong attention to detail and effective communication skills
Job Duties
