Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable vehicle and active car insurance
- Ability to pass ROCC evaluations consistently
- Availability for relocation if necessary
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Compliance with company policies and uniform standards

Job Duties
- Lead restaurant team to achieve sales and profit targets
- Manage daily operations including food preparation, service, safety, and cleanliness
- Maintain compliance with brand standards and health regulations
- Recruit, train, and develop shift supervisors and team members
- Control labor, food costs, and other expenses to meet budget goals
- Complete sales, inventory, and cash handling reports accurately
- Communicate daily with Area Coach regarding performance and update
- Ensure exceptional guest service and handle feedback professionally
