Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Reliable vehicle and active car insurance
  • Ability to pass ROCC evaluations consistently
  • Availability for relocation if necessary
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Compliance with company policies and uniform standards

Job Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Basic computer skills
  • Experience in restaurant management preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and health regulations
  • Ability to manage financial reports and budgets
  • Customer service orientation

Job Duties

  • Lead restaurant team to achieve sales and profit targets
  • Manage daily operations including food preparation, service, safety, and cleanliness
  • Maintain compliance with brand standards and health regulations
  • Recruit, train, and develop shift supervisors and team members
  • Control labor, food costs, and other expenses to meet budget goals
  • Complete sales, inventory, and cash handling reports accurately
  • Communicate daily with Area Coach regarding performance and update
  • Ensure exceptional guest service and handle feedback professionally
