The position available is for a Restaurant General Manager at this KFC location. This role is a vital leadership position responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including managing team performance, customer service, food quality, safety, and financial results. As the #1 leader in the restaurant, the general manager carries the significant responsibility of driving success metrics and fostering a positive and productive environment known as the KFC Family. They lead by example, ensuring every guest interaction is friendly and every meal served is fresh, while maintaining a clean and safe restaurant environment.

The general manager will mentor and develop staff by providing ongoing training, onboarding new team members, and fostering a collaborative team culture. Communication is key in this role as the manager will share business updates, team goals, and promotional information with their team and work closely with other restaurant general managers and area leaders to advance the business. This position requires attention to detail with payroll processing, employee paperwork, compliance with company policies, and maintaining accurate records of financial and production activities.

Success in this role depends on strong leadership capabilities, business acumen, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and possesses a deep dedication to customer service. Physical demands include some lifting of weights between 25-85 pounds, extended standing, and maintaining safety around kitchen equipment. Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management or related field

Job Duties

  • Ownership of your restaurant's success metrics and lead restaurant team to reach goals
  • Lead the guest experiences in your restaurant that includes friendly interactions, a clean restaurant and fresh meals
  • Grow and mentor your KFC family through training, development and onboarding new team members
  • Lead communications of your team's goals, upcoming promotions, business updates, etc
  • Inspire the overall positive and collaborative family environment
  • Partner with other Restaurant General Managers and Area Leaders to grow and move the business forward
  • Review and submit payroll
