The position available is for a Restaurant General Manager at this KFC location. As the #1 leader in the restaurant, the general manager carries the significant responsibility of driving success metrics and fostering a positive and productive environment known as the KFC Family. They lead by example, ensuring every guest interaction is friendly and every meal served is fresh, while maintaining a clean and safe restaurant environment.

The general manager will mentor and develop staff by providing ongoing training, onboarding new team members, and fostering a collaborative team culture. Communication is key in this role as the manager will share business updates, team goals, and promotional information with their team and work closely with other restaurant general managers and area leaders to advance the business. This position requires attention to detail with payroll processing, employee paperwork, compliance with company policies, and maintaining accurate records of financial and production activities.
