Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years in restaurant or retail management
  • Proven track record in people management
  • Ability to analyze and improve performance based on profit and loss analysis
  • Proficiency with digital tools and platforms
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Understanding of restaurant maintenance programs
  • Commitment to equity, inclusion, and belonging in the workplace
  • Skilled in team recognition and motivation
  • Experienced in recruiting and training diverse employee performance levels

Job Duties

  • Recruit, onboard, and conduct orientations for top team members and shift leads
  • Develop training plans and mentor assistant managers, shift leaders, and team member trainers
  • Recognize and reward outstanding team member performance
  • Address and resolve workplace conflicts promptly
  • Engage personally with customers to resolve issues
  • Schedule staff strategically and coach management team on standards
  • Analyze financial performance, manage budget, and develop profitability strategies
  • Monitor competitors and aim to exceed standards in digital presence and loyalty programs
