Financial oversight is a critical aspect of the role; you will analyze the restaurant's financial performance, manage budgets, and implement strategies to maximize profitability without compromising quality or customer experience. Staying competitive in the market, you will monitor competitor activities, ensuring that your restaurant excels in all areas, including digital engagement and loyalty programs. Job Requirements

  • 5 years in restaurant or retail management with a strong track record in people management
  • Proven ability to improve performance based on p&l analysis
  • Proficient with digital tools and platforms
  • Exceptional communication skills including written, verbal, and interpersonal
  • Solid understanding of restaurant maintenance programs

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years in restaurant or retail management

Job Duties

  • Recruit, onboard, and conduct orientations for top team members and shift leads
  • Develop training plans and mentor assistant managers, shift leaders, and team member trainers
  • Recognize and reward outstanding team member performance
  • Address and resolve workplace conflicts promptly
  • Engage personally with customers to resolve issues
  • Schedule staff strategically and coach management team on standards
  • Analyze financial performance, manage budget, and develop profitability strategies
  • Monitor competitors and aim to exceed standards in digital presence and loyalty programs
