Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management
  • Ability to work full-time, non-exempt schedule
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or similar leadership roles
  • Strong business and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow

  • Implement and enforce health and safety regulations
  • Develop staff training programs and provide ongoing coaching
