This role is a full-time, non-exempt position offering an annual salary range of $45,000 to $50,000.
The Restaurant Manager position is critical to our operational success. The ideal candidate must demonstrate outstanding business acumen and interpersonal skills, enabling them to lead by example while maintaining high standards of quality and guest satisfaction. This role requires a self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset focused on generating revenue and controlling costs effectively. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management
- Ability to work full-time, non-exempt schedule
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
