Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum three years of restaurant management experience
  • proficiency in profit and loss management
  • valid food safety certification
  • reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and insurance
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple tasks and work under minimal supervision
  • analytical skills for financial and inventory management
  • knowledge of labor laws and food safety regulations

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • three years of restaurant management experience including profit and loss responsibility
  • proven ability to manage all shifts without supervision
  • advanced studies in business or restaurant management preferred
  • food safety certification
  • reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance for relevant positions

Job Duties

  • Recruit, train and develop assistant managers, shift managers and team members
  • implement employee orientation programs
  • facilitate training and development plans
  • ensure a positive and motivating work environment
  • conduct timely performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback
  • document employee performance and manage disciplinary actions
  • ensure communication channels and problem resolution on all shifts
  • escalate applicable employee matters to district manager or HR
  • ensure employee turnover is within company standards
  • ensure restaurant meets guest service standards and delivers 100% guest satisfaction
  • utilize complaint handling techniques and empower team to resolve issues
  • manage all financial controllables including labor, food, supplies and cash management
  • conduct audits and bank deposits
  • maintain compliance with safety, health and sanitation procedures
  • follow operational protocols including opening, closing and preventive maintenance
  • comply with company policies and complete paperwork timely
  • implement marketing programs effectively
  • build and maintain relationships with restaurant team, management and vendors
