Job Requirements

  • at least 5+ years of successful restaurant management
  • positive, friendly, and enthusiastic mindset with an excellent record of restaurant management
  • ability to communicate effectively with fellow leaders, managers, employees, and all guests
  • strong problem management skills with accuracy in quickly handling emergency situations and providing solutions
  • must be able to work days, nights, weekends and holidays [about 55 to 60 hours a week]
  • ability to constantly stand and walk with occasional stooping, kneeling, ascending, reaching, pushing, pulling, or lifting

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience leading high-volume restaurants
  • passion for food and beverage with attention to quality and local sourcing
  • proven leadership and team development skills
  • strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • experience engaging with local communities and vendors

Job Duties

  • lead with passion and inspire your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • nurture staff development and create a positive, high-performing culture
  • engage with local vendors and farms to source the highest quality products
  • oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
