- progressive restaurant or hospitality management experience required
- prior general manager experience required for external candidates
- possess a valid driver’s license
- strong guest-centric mindset
- proven ability to drive sales and meet financial targets
- experience mentoring and coaching team members
- knowledge of inventory and cost management
- proficiency with POS and related systems
Job Qualifications
- progressive restaurant and hospitality management experience
- prior experience as a general manager required for external hires
- valid driver’s license
- strong passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving KPI and EBITDA targets
- demonstrated success in mentoring and coaching individuals to foster professional growth
- understanding of inventory management, cost control, and financial controls including P&L
- proficiency in POS systems, corporate software, third-party delivery platforms, inventory and reservation systems
- experience in casual or upscale dining preferred
- hospitality or business degree preferred
- culinary and kitchen operations experience preferred
Job Duties
- demonstrate genuine passion for exceptional guest experiences, personalized service, and exceeding expectations
- actively engage with guests to foster a welcoming atmosphere, drive sales, and ensure satisfaction leveraging local market knowledge
- drive incremental sales through exceptional service and coaching team members on upselling techniques
- demonstrate strong business acumen through financial analysis for continuous improvement and responsiveness to market trends
- foster an ownership mindset within the team, taking responsibility for all operations and utilizing KPIs and EBIDTA targets to spearhead ongoing improvement initiatives
- set standards of integrity, professionalism, and innovative thinking while fostering teamwork and dedication within the restaurant
- develop management team members through leadership training ensuring preparedness for future roles while maintaining highest culinary and hospitality standards
- inspire and motivate the entire team, fostering a cohesive environment and providing training, coaching, and performance reviews
