Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma
  • Two years of restaurant experience with proven lead experience on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Maintain current health card according to state or local requirements
  • Reliable transportation
  • Pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
  • Pass ServSafe Certification course and exam
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Willing to work approximately 50 hours per week

Job Duties

  • Build and develop a high-performing team by training and developing skills
  • Provide clear and consistent direction to team members
  • Oversee recruitment, training, management, and P&L of the restaurant
  • Ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food standards
  • Maintain food safety, store cleanliness, and operational compliance
  • Act as a liaison with field leadership and communicate effectively
  • Be the ultimate decision-maker for restaurant operations ensuring financial goals are met
