Job Requirements

- Must be at least 18 years old
- Serv Safe certification
- Previous restaurant experience
- Ability to work varied shifts with open availability
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to analyze financial and labor data

- Ability to pass background check and drug test

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Some college preferred
- Previous restaurant experience desirable
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Serv Safe certified
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to listen and influence others
- Proficiency in P&L analysis, cash controls, labor analysis, and food cost calculations
- Strong problem-solving and judgment abilities
- Flexibility to work various shifts including open availability
- Leadership skills to develop others and improve processes
- Basic knowledge of order processing systems and computer skills
Job Duties
- Work the front counter to ensure quality service
- Check product quality and communicate with customers
- Train and coach employees for courtesy and complaint handling
- Conduct meetings for planning, training, and reviewing operations
- Develop and maintain sales levels using local store marketing
- Monitor utilities, supplies, and costs to minimize impact
- Analyze profit and loss statements and take corrective actions
- Follow food preparation and serving procedures
- Control restaurant inventory
- Use company labor guidelines and post labor schedules
- Adjust labor to sales volume changes
- Manage restaurant cash control and make bank deposits
- Report accidents and incidents timely
- Maintain safe work environment and cleanliness standards
- Keep District Manager informed of hiring, promotions and employee status
- Process payroll and maintain applicant tracking
- Conduct performance reviews and document disciplinary actions
- Maintain personnel files per legal requirements
- Use preventive maintenance for buildings and equipment
- Attend meetings scheduled by District Manager
- Perform required administrative paperwork
