Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma
- Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- Must maintain current Health Card according to state or local requirements
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must pass criminal background check including motor vehicle records
- Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work an expected 50-hour work week
Job Qualifications

- Strong leadership and team development skills

Job Duties
- Building and developing a team of top performers
- Providing clear and consistent direction to team members
- Overseeing recruiting, training, and management of restaurant staff
- Managing profit and loss and overall restaurant operations
- Ensuring excellent customer service and high-quality food standards
- Maintaining food safety and store cleanliness
- Facilitating communication with field leadership and reinforcing company culture and values
