Job Requirements
- Progressive restaurant or hospitality management experience
- Recent prior experience as a General Manager for external hires
- Valid driver's license for operational duties
- Strong passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving financial targets
- Demonstrated success in mentoring and coaching
- Knowledge of inventory management and financial control
- Proficiency in various management and point-of-sale systems
Job Qualifications
- Progressive restaurant or hospitality management experience
- Experience as a General Manager
- Strong passion for guest-centric service
- Proven success in driving sales growth and achieving KPIs and EBITDA targets
- Ability to mentor and coach staff for professional development
- Knowledge of inventory management, cost control, and financial oversight
- Familiarity with POS systems, corporate software, and related platforms
- Experience in casual or upscale dining preferred
- Degree in hospitality or business is a plus
- Culinary or kitchen management experience considered an asset
