Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must maintain current Health Card per state or local requirements
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
- Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to work approximately 50-hour work week
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to train and develop team members
- Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience managing P&L and operational metrics preferred
Job Duties
- Build and develop a high-performing team by recruiting and training staff
- Oversee all restaurant operations including P&L management, food safety, and store cleanliness
- Ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food standards
- Maintain open and effective communication with field leadership and restaurant staff
- Identify and develop high-potential team members for leadership roles
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Drive financial performance and operational goals to maximize profitability
