Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must maintain current Health Card per state or local requirements
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
  • Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness to work approximately 50-hour work week

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to train and develop team members
  • Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience managing P&L and operational metrics preferred

Job Duties

  • Build and develop a high-performing team by recruiting and training staff
  • Oversee all restaurant operations including P&L management, food safety, and store cleanliness
  • Ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food standards
  • Maintain open and effective communication with field leadership and restaurant staff
  • Identify and develop high-potential team members for leadership roles
  • Enforce company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Drive financial performance and operational goals to maximize profitability
