Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant management or similar leadership role
- Strong people management and communication skills
- Ability to manage financial performance including P&L
- Knowledge of food service operations and health regulations
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, train and develop staff
